Terms of Service
Applies to XBX Authentication and the XBX Chrome Extension.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, entitlement checks or rate limits.
- Do not automate credential guessing, scrape the API, or overload the service.
- Do not reverse engineer the service to circumvent premium feature gating.
Entitlements and devices
- Premium features unlock only when your account status is active and your subscription is active.
- Each plan carries a device limit. Activations beyond that limit are refused until a device is released.
- Entitlements are validated on the server. Client-side modification has no effect.
Service availability
- The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
- We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with notice where practical.
Suspension and termination
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or disabled without refund.
- You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
